We want to be as happy with your jewelry as possible, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery. Simply contact us and let us know if you would like to return or exchange an item(s).
Return & Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back) within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges. Once you contact us to initiate an exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label to use.
- For Returns: You can request we send you a prepaid return label for returns, and $4 will be deducted from the amount refunded once the item is received.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We process returns quickly, but please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
International Customers: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders at this time, but we do accept returns.
Price Adjustment: We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email list and following us on Instagram and Facebook with notifications turned on.
Retailers: We’re unable to process returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for merchandise purchased from third party retailers that sell Anne Vaughan Designs jewelry. Please consult the retailer directly to learn about their policies.
Should you have a repair of your jewelry, you are welcome to work directly through the retailer whom you purchased it or contact us directly.
