returns, exchanges and repairs
Don't worry, you have our guarantee that you will love your item. If you do need to return it for some reason, we offer a 30 day return policy for all items other than custom work.
You can receive a full store credit or refund if it shows no visible signs of wear and if it is returned with the original tag attached.
You can opt to return for a full refund and purchase your own shipping return label, or if you opt to exchange for a store credit we can supply you a prepaid return label.
To return an item for a refund or exchange
- Contact us below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and confirm if you would like a refund or exchange for store credit (if opting for store credit, we will email you a prepaid return label)
- Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your contact info, order number and request.
- Ship the item to: Attn: Returns and Repairs, 158 Pioneer Way #4 Floyd VA 24091, and include all return shipping and contact information
- You will receive an automated email notifying you of your refund or credit after your return is received and processed.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, but life happens! Should you have a design become damaged, our current policy is to repair at no cost to you (excluding return shipping costs of the item to our studio or major material replacement.)
Should you lose an earring, we recommend purchasing another pair if available on our website. Many of our designs change or are retired quickly, and this will ensure you have a 'backup' of the earring should you lose another one. We are sometimes able to make replacement earring for one of a kind or retired earrings no longer available online, but would need a picture of the missing earring to let you know.
