• Due to the many different stones in our jewelry, we do not recommend using harsh cleaners on your jewelry or 'dipping' your jewelry in a solution.
• Use a polishing cloth to polish your sterling silver items. You should not use polishing cloths on the matte brass items as this could cause the plated external layer to eventually wear off.

We want to be as happy with your jewelry as possible, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery. Simply contact us and let us know if you would like to return or exchange an item(s).

Return & Exchange Policy:

We will gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back) within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges. Once you contact us to initiate an exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label to use.
• For Returns: You can request we send you a prepaid return label for returns, and $4 will be deducted from the amount refunded once the item is received.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We process returns quickly, but please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

International Customers: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders at this time, but we do accept returns.
