One of our favourite ways to pass the time is just lie in the grass and look up at the clouds through the branches of the beautiful old trees that border our headquarters here at Market of Stars. Earth and Sky was created out of a deep appreciation for rare afternoons like these. Painted in the late 1800’s by British artist Charles Aston, the palette is a dreamy and meditative play of textures and colours from the natural world. We trimmed Aston’s magnificent tree with moths painted in the 1600’s by Dutch master Melchior d’Hondecoeter. The result is airy and ethereal, and so easy to wear. 100% viscose (derived from plant fibres such as wood and bamboo). Machine wash gentle or handwash and hang to dry. Our natural gemstones, Czech glass and crystals should be lightly cleaned of body oils and debris with mild soap and warm water applied directly to the stone.
Store your jewelry in airtight jewelry boxes or zip-top plastic bags to decrease oxidation of metals.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid wearing your jewelry in water when swimming or showering.
Due to the many different stones in our jewelry, we do not recommend using harsh cleaners on your jewelry or 'dipping' your jewelry in a solution.
Use a polishing cloth to polish your sterling silver items. You should not use polishing cloths on the matte brass items as this could cause the plated external layer to eventually wear off.
We want to be as happy with your jewelry as possible, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery. Simply contact us and let us know if you would like to return or exchange an item(s).
Return & Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back) within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges. Once you contact us to initiate an exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label to use.
For Returns: You can request we send you a prepaid return label for returns, and $4 will be deducted from the amount refunded once the item is received.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We process returns quickly, but please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
International Customers: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders at this time, but we do accept returns.
Price Adjustment: We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email list and following us on Instagram and Facebook with notifications turned on.
