SHIPPING & RETURNS

Don't worry, you have our guarantee that you will love your item. If you do need to return it for some reason, our shipping and return policy is below.

Shipping

    Please note, we are not open over the weekend and do not ship any orders during that time.

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    We ship via USPS Priority and First Class Mail, UPS, and FedEx. Currently, we are primarily shipping via UPS or FedEx due to the delays experienced shipping via USPS.  The Free Shipping option is usually First Class or UPS Ground, tracked to your shipping destination. First Class typically takes from 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping to the continental US, and 5-7 days for AK, HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.

    Priority Mail is 1-3 business days anywhere in the US including AK, HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.

    Custom Work

    Because of its personalized nature, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom work, and all sales are final.

    Return Credit Policy

    Any items purchased between 12/01/20 and 12/30/20 can receive free return shipping if you are returning the item for store credit.  All items purchased between 12/1-12/14/20 can have their return window extended to 1/15/21, and after that it reverts to our regular 30 day return window for full store credit or refund if the following conditions apply:

    • it shows no visible signs of wear
    • it is returned with the original tag attached
    To return an item:
    1. Please fill out and submit the Return Request Form below (you do not have to wait for a response)
    2. Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method
    3. Ship the item to: Attn: Returns and Repairs, 158 Pioneer Way #4  Floyd VA  24091, and include all return shipping and contact information
    4. We will contact you after your return is received and processed.
