As we continue introducing new spring jewelry designs, I love sharing the inspiration for each collection!
The inspiration for our Hydrangea Collection was from a pair of Tie Dye Yoga pants I purchased at the Floyd Farmers Market...I was physically moved (as I often am) by the color combination! My dear yoga instructor hand-dyed these and made the pants, and it felt special to be inspired by her creative result. Inspiration comes from all kinds of places.
Hydrangea features a lot of our regular gemstones as well as some of our not so famililar ones - amethyst, pearl and tanzanite gemstones are ones you may find familiar in our necklaces, earrings and bracelets, but phosphosiderite is a rare gemstone first discovered in Chile and Peru at the end of the 19th century!
