We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, but life happens!

Jewelry Repairs

Should you have a design become damaged, our current policy is to repair at no cost to you (excluding shipping costs of the item to our studio or major material replacement.)  If for some reason the design cannot be repaired, we will contact you to discuss options.

Missing and Replacement Earrings

Should you lose an earring, we recommend purchasing another pair if available on our website. Many of our designs change or are retired quickly, and this will ensure you have a 'backup' of the earring should you lose another one!  We are sometimes able to make replacement earring for one of a kind or retired earrings no longer available online, but would need a picture of the missing earring to let you know.
