After leaving a 3 star review, the company contacted me. For some reason they did not get my email. They explained that the necklace is oxidized (which it says in the description, that I failed to read). I just assumed it would be the same necklace. They offered a replacement. I decided to keep the original. They were very kind and helpful and are looking to see if they can find the older version of silver. I am very impressed with their customer service and will purchase from them again.
