SHIPPING & RETURNS
Don't worry, you have our guarantee that you will love your item. If you do need to return it for some reason, our shipping and return policy is below.
Please note, we are not open over the weekend and do not ship any orders during that time.
Holiday Update: For flat rate shipping (free or $6.99) please get your order in by 2 pm 12/15/21 to allow adequate time to arrive for December 24. All orders starting December 13 will ship same day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please give us up to 2 days to ship the order - all shipping lead times at checkout are estimates and do not include time to make the design and ship it out. If you need it shipped the same day just message us via live chat and confirm we have it in stock and we will be happy to ship it immediately if possible.
- Flat Rate Shipping - we ship this usually USPS First Class with tracking. First Class typically takes from 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping to the continental US, and 5-7 days for AK, HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.
- Fedex - you have the choice to ship Fedex 2 Day, Priority etc. Again, please all up to 2 business days for us to make the item if it is not currently in stock, or message us via live chat to confirm we have it in stock and we can ship it out the same day.
- USPS International - we offer USPS International shipping to Canada and other select countries. Please note, while this may be the least expensive option any duties and taxes required by the destination country are not included and will need to be paid by the customer upon arrival. The lead time for USPS International can be up to three weeks after shipping.
- Fedex International - we use Fedex International shipping options which includes all duties and taxes prepaid, and this also expedites the transit time of your package. Many Fedex options international arrive within 2-7 business days after shipped.
Because of its personalized nature, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom work, and all sales are final.
Return Credit Policy
Holiday Update: All orders made after 11/24/21 can be returned for a refund or store credit IF received by end of day January 15th. Please follow the guidelines below.
If you do not fall in love with an item you purchased, we offer a 30 day return policy for all items other than custom work. You can receive a full store credit or refund if the following conditions apply:
- it shows no visible signs of wear
- it is returned with the original tag attached
To return an item:
- Please fill out and submit the Return Request Form below (you do not have to wait for a response)
- Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your contact info and request.
- Ship the item to: Attn: Returns and Repairs, 158 Pioneer Way #4 Floyd VA 24091, and include all return shipping and contact information
- We will contact you after your return is received and processed.
